Welcome to the Harnessing the Power of Data 2.0 online course! We, Pivot Data Design, are so excited to learn with you and share our passion for evaluation and data storytelling. This first course is dedicated to the Phase One - Evaluation Planning. The Planning Phase is all about developing a structure that helps to understand how your program is being implemented and the outcomes it achieves. Phase One’s learning modules are 1) Evaluation Design & Planning; 2) Logic Models; and 3) Data Collection Tool Development. In each learning module you will find three or more lessons with videos. We also will have some worksheets or resources listed in the lesson as well! We welcome you to engage in the discussion spaces embedded in each lesson to share thoughts, ask questions, and meet colleagues. To complement this course, we will be offering learning opportunities like workshops, peer networking, coaching, and a toolkit that will be built over the three phases.

Another learning opportunity we want to share is the opportunity to be paired with a learning buddy. This buddy program is the pairing of two individuals from different organizations to learn together, reflect on the course content, and network.
